Reservation & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required with a reservation. Deposits are nonrefundable within 60 days of arrival. Cancellations prior to 60 days are subject to a one night per reservation processing fee. Sorry, no refund for early departure. Balance is payable upon arrival. Making reservations early is recommended. Rates are based on double occupancy. All cabins and rooms are smoke-free. Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Sorry, we do not allow pets in cabins or rooms. Up to two (2) non-aggressive pets are permitted in your own RV.  Any lodging purchased via credit card will incur a 3.5% service fee.  Avoid this by paying with cash or check upon arrival.
